DuPont is responsible for inventing or making such materials like TyVek (used in PPEs), n95 filtration materials, Kevlar (used in bullet proof vests) and Nomex (used in firefighter protective clothing), and more. 

While the first few levels of purification captures particles, odors and even germs, the UV light that comes with all TruSens Air Purifiers ensures that molds, insects and germs trapped by the HEPA filter are sterilized -- further ensuring that there is no chance the germs will recirculate.  UV sterilization also helps prevents molds or odors from forming on the filtration material.  This TruSens feature is not commonly found in many other Air Purifiers in the market.
