The below warranty policy applies to TruSens Air Purifiers purchased from Authorized Resellers of TruSens in the Philippines designated by the Authorized TruSens Distributor.  All Authorized Resellers of TruSens in the Philippines should provide you with a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) of your TruSens Air Purifier.  TruSens products purchased outside the Philippines, or from non-authorized sellers are not covered by the warranty.

Should you have questions about the status fo your warranty or repair or have questions, please contact us or your respective authorized dealer.  

1.  This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of TruSens Air Purifiers, or to whoever the original purchase has given, gifted or assigned the products to.  Only customers purchasing TruSens products from authorized TruSens retailers or authorized resellers in the Philippines together with Proof of Purchase are eligible to avail of the conditions of this warranty.  

2.  Your purchase of TruSens Air Purifiers entitles you to a two-year warranty from date of purchase.  TruSens products will be repaired or replacement of equivalent or higher model at no charge in case of possible flaws in material or workmanship, within two years of date of purchase.  However, this warranty does not apply where damage is caused by:

     a.  Normal wear and tear from use of product

     b.  Mishandling or improper use of product, or improper installation or damage due to improper installation and subsequent use

     c.  Power fluctuations

     d.  Unauthorized repairs not done by authorized service center

3.  Cases of repair or service requests NOT covered by this warranty are subject to evaluation for feasibility of repair or replacement.  For example, we may not be able to repair non-warranty items which are damaged beyond repair or replacement part, or where spare parts are no longer available.  For the avoidance of doubt, the findings of the authorized service center of TruSens is considered final.  

4.  Repairs or service requests NOT covered by this warranty may be subject to a Service Fee for labor or processing costs.

For service under this warranty, please present product to your authorized reseller together with proof of purchase from said reseller.
