ORDERING

Can I order online?

Yes.  You will be able to order safely online through this website, airpurifiers.ph


There are also many other authorized dealers of TruSens in the Philippines.  You may contact us to get additional information about other authorized dealers with online selling websites.  

Will you provide Official Receipt

Yes.  All orders placed through airpurifiers.ph will come with an official receipt.  Please keep it for your records in case you need to report any warranty issues with the air purifiers.

PAYMENT

What payment methods to you accept?

We accept payment via Bank Deposit (through BDO), and by Credit Card through PayPal.  


Both payment methods are subject to clearing and verification of received payment, prior to delivery.

How do we pay via Bank Deposit?

At checkout, you will be given our Bank Account information at BDO. Once you have made payment (either through Online bank transfer, check or bank deposit, or other means), kindly message us with your order number and screenshot or photo of the proof of purchase for easy verification. Once your payment is verified, we can process your order.

How soon can my bank transfer payment be verified?

It depends on the payment method used. In some cases (like regular online Bank Transfers, check deposits, or PesoNET), payment clearing may take up to 1-2 business days, subject to bank clearing times (usually the cutoff is before 12noon for same day or end of day clearing). InstaPay transactions often reflect almost immediately. Note that bank transfers, PesoNET and InstaPay are subject to fees charged by your bank.

Do you accept COD (cash-on-delivery)?

At the moment we do not accept Cash-on-Delivery payment method, but we will be working on that soon

DELIVERY

Do you deliver everywhere in the Philippines?

At airpurifiers.ph featuring TruSens, we work with reputable third-party delivery (such as Lalamove, NinjaVan or LBC or others) to deliver your orders to you!


Deliveries to Metro Manila and all other major cities should be supported. We will also be able to deliver to most areas of the Philippines as long as they are within the delivery area of the above delivery providers. If your delivery location turns out to be un-deliverable by our third party logistics provider, we will to facilitate a refund for you as soon as possible. If you are not sure if your delivery area is serviceable by the above two delivery providers, please contact us.

How long will delivery take?

For Greater Metro Manila (including some areas of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal):

For Air Purifier orders, deliveries can take up to 2 business days from date of order clearing.  (But in many cases we are able to use Lalamove and do same day or next day day deliveries!  from date of clearing)

For Accessories or smaller orders, lead time is normally 2-3 business days around Metro Manila, but can take as long as a week from date of order clearing.  


For Deliveries Outside Greater Metro Manila:

We rely on shipping lead times of our couriers or logistic partners.  This may take as little as one (1) week, but may take as long as 2-3 weeks.


Please note that delivery times mentioned above are not quoted service levels and will depend on payment clearing, order preparation and courier lead times.  These may be further affected by bad weather, government restrictions, acts of God or other reasons.


For orders placed through other authorized dealers, please inquire with the said dealers for their quoted lead times.

Will you pack my order properly / carefully?

We have a lot of experience packing and delivering air purifiers around the country.  Please rest assured that we will pack and ship your orders carefully.  If you encounter any problem with your order, please let us know ASAP

Is my order / shipment insured?

We will take care of declaring insurance for your order up to the full value of your order, if available with the provider. If the service provider loses your order or delivers the item in poor condition, just let us know and we will take care of you. Please note however, that you must report any delivery situation to us within 3 days upon receipt of the item. And to help us, it would be best if you take photos of your parcel / delivery prior to opening it.

Is delivery free?

For Air Purifier orders, delivery is free practically anywhere in the Philippines!  


For Accessories orders, delivery is free for orders above PHP 1500.  Otherwise, we charge a nominal shipping fee of PHP 100 for deliveries within Metro Manila, and PHP 200 for deliveries outside Metro Manila.


Note: delivery area is subject to coverage areas of Airpurifiers.ph logistics providers (which covers most areas of the Philippines)
